Enjoy your #FuegoritaFriday with this spicy dinner for two!

We usually love going out for dinner and trying new dishes at our favorite restaurants and new establishments -- basically anywhere we can spread the heat of Fuegorita. But nothing beats cooking at home with your special someone- especially when you're preparing a dinner for two together! 

So, if you're like us and staying at home with your special someone this #FuegoritaFriday night, give a try our home-favorite Fuegorita Fried Rice recipe (see below). We're sure you'll love it and want to share it with your friends and family. Enjoy!

Ingredients
 
  • 2 cups steamed rice (cooled) 
  • 2 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 chicken breast 
  • 1/2 bell pepper 
  • 1/2 onion 
  • 4 tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 tbs. Fuegorita 
Directions 

  • Steam rice, let cool 
  • Dice chicken and vegetables 
  • In wok or large skillet, mix chicken and olive oil
  • Then turn stove up to medium heat 
  • Fry chicken over medium high heat 2-3 minutes
  • Slowly add in soy sauce and Fuegorita to create a liquid base 
  • Bring sauce to a boil and add vegetables, stir fry for 2-3 minutes
  • Add rice, stir fry 2-3 minutes 
  • Season to taste with additional soy sauce and Fuegorita 
  • Serve in bowl and garnish with cucumber slices (optional)
