Hot Potatoes!

Here is the first of many recipes for our favorite ways to use Fuegorita. Inspired by the creativity of our brother Tony Zermeno, we call it Hot Potatoes! They are great for breakast, with burgers or for a snack by themselves.

Ingredients:
Fuegorita
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Russet Potatoes

Directions:
Preheat oven to 420 degrees
Cut potato into 1/4" slices
Place potato slices flat on greased baking pan
Lightly brush potatoes with olive oil
Lightly sprinkle potatoes with sea salt
Sprinkle Fuegorita on potatoes to desired heat level
Bake at 420 degrees for 30 minutes

Enjoy!
